1. No Refunds for Perishable Products

Flowers are a natural, perishable product, and as such, we cannot offer any refunds. Each arrangement is handcrafted and delivered with care, ensuring the freshest quality upon arrival.
If there are issues with the quality or freshness of your flowers at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately at [your contact information] with a photo of the flowers, and we will address any concerns accordingly.
2. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if requested within 1 hour of purchase and before the flowers are arranged for delivery.
Cancellations requested beyond this period will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Replacements

If there is a significant quality issue upon delivery, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. We will evaluate on a case-by-case basis and offer a replacement if deemed appropriate.
Rukhsar Flowers reserves the right to make the final determination on the eligibility of a replacement.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Deliveries

If an incorrect item is delivered or an order is incomplete, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a redelivery of the correct item as soon as possible.
